Last Updated: June 6, 2026

Article 1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any subscription or registration that has been partially or fully paid for is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance, except in cases of force majeure supported by an official document (medical certificate, death certificate, etc.) covering the same period as the booked event or rendez-vous.

To be eligible for a refund, the client must inform Rose of the cancellation due to force majeure at least 2 hours before the start of the event/rendez-vous.

Article 2. Refund and Exchange Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for purchased products, subscriptions, or programmes.

Article 3. Sale of Products

Products sold are intended for personal use only.

No returns or refunds will be accepted.

It is strictly prohibited to distribute, reproduce, share, or publish the content of events or training materials through any means whatsoever.

Article 4. Late Arrival

Article 4.1. Education Events

Any delay of 15 minutes or more to an event will result in denial of access to the event, and no refund will be granted.

Article 4.2. Performance Services

Any delay of more than 15 minutes may result in a reduction of the rendez-vous duration in proportion to the delay, or the cancellation of the rendez-vous without any possibility of a refund.

Article 5. Advance Payments and Deposits

Deposits and advance payments are charged at the time of booking the event.

In the event of cancellation, all deposits and advance payments made will be retained, except in cases of force majeure as described in Article 1.

Article 6. Force Majeure

If Rose Osez herself is required to cancel a rendezvous/event, the appointment will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date between Rose and the client, without any financial impact on the client.

Article 7. Interruption for Medical Reasons

If a client is medically unable to continue a programme or subscription due to health reasons (upon presentation of a medical certificate in the client's name confirming their physical or emotional inability to participate), the client must inform Rose at least 48 hours before the next scheduled appointment.

The client may then request a refund for the unused portion of the deposit corresponding to the remaining appointments.

Appointments or events already attended or completed remain payable and are non-refundable.
