• Identification information provided when contacting Rose: first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number.

Each client is assigned a unique and anonymous customer number, allowing Rose to track booking data and issue anonymous invoices for clients who wish to pay in cash.

• Booking data: booking history and registration records maintained in Excel using the customer number.

• Payment and invoicing information, when provided.

• Website comment-related data (IP address and browser information).

2. Why Do We Collect Your Data?

Rose Osez uses your data to:

• Inform you about, confirm, or cancel events.

• Process your payments.

• Respond to your comments or inquiries.

• Ensure the administrative, legal, and accounting management of her company.

• Improve the website and prevent abuse.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed based on:

• Your explicit consent through the information you voluntarily choose to share with Rose.

• The performance of a service contract.

• Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., issuing and retaining invoices).

4. Comments and Media

When you leave a comment, Rose Osez collects your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service.

If you upload images, please avoid including GPS location data (EXIF metadata).
